SHIPPING
 
Orders for in stock items will be processed and shipped the following business day after the order is placed. All orders will be shipped once complete. Special order products that are ordered with any in stock product will be shipped together once the special ordered item arrives. Orders within Canada will be shipped with Canada Post and will include a tracking number which will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

For orders outside of Canada please contact us for a shipping quote. International buyers are responsible for any/all taxes, duties and fees related to international orders.
 
 
RETURNS
 
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order (see below for exceptions).  All returned items must be in the original packaging, and unused. A 10% restocking fee will apply to any items returned with damaged packaging. Prior to shipping back any returns or exchanges you must notify us via email at info@babeandbug.com to get authorization for the return.  Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
 
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order of any missing, incorrect or damaged items.
 
Refunds will be given in the same payment method as the original purchase. Reward points earned on returned items will be deducted from the customers account balance.
 
We DO NOT allow returns on cloth diapers or clearance items. Special order items we will allow exchange only (special order items are any item that we did not have in stock and brought in for the customer).
 
Return shipping costs for items received damaged or incorrect will be paid for by Babe and Bug as well we will pay to ship the replacement item back to you.  All other shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Tracking number and insurance are recommended for return items as we are not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged during return.
